OmniSim version 7.1 speeds up the pre-processing stage of both the FDTD and the FETD engine, and post-processing stage of FDTD.

• Preparation stage for FDTD calculations is now about 2 to 4 times faster.
• Preparation stage for FETD calculations is now typically 2 to 9 times faster, we have even observed 20x occasionally.
• Post-processing stage for FDTD has also received speed improvements.
