Customers who have maintenance expiring during this time and are unable to process a request for support and lease renewals due to business closure or teleworking can delay the renewal process for a short period.
2) Maintenance Contract Renewal Payments
Customers who are unable to process a payment for annual maintenance renewals due to business closure or teleworking can delay the payment process for a short period upon request.
