FIMMWAVE

FIMMPROP

FIMMPROP is a powerful and versatile tool for simulating 2D and 3D optical propagation in waveguides. OMNISIM

OMNISIM is a robust and versatile simulation tool used for the design and optimization of nano-photonic and plasmonic devices. OMNISIM is the only software package to include both FDTD, FETD and RCWA engines.

PICWAVE

PICWAVE is a photonic circuit (PIC) simulator including a sophisticated physical model for laser diodes and SOAs. The simulator is ideal for developing optoelectronic devices such as tuneable lasers and modulators, then studying their interaction in a larger circuit.

HAROLD

HAROLD is an advanced heterostructure simulator for modeling Fabry-Perot quantum well lasers with near-arbitrary vertical structure and layer compositions. HAROLD also includes a full 3D VCSEL model, taking into account optical, electrical, and thermal effects.

EPIPPROP

EPIPPROP is a unique and innovative tool for the modeling and optimisation of AWGs (arrayed waveguide gratings) and echelle gratings and planar concave gratings in particular for wavelength division multiplexing applications (WDM/DWDM).
